is it? i be using it from time to time to make them look darker and healthier whenever i want but idk if it ever did anything. i heard it helps on growth , is this true?

i think they still look pretty average even after a while of use

i've only used castor oil for eyebrow growth and it did jack shit. minoxidil on the other hand has been doing wonders
