Failo. It only looks good on the UFC fighter because he's a chad. Unless you're a mogger UFC fighter, the cauliflower ear is only good for MALE attention. Woman barely know wtf a cauliflower ear is unless they fight. Just looks like a deformed ear.

Depend, If You're In A Place Where Masculine Looking Man Is Desirable Then It's A Hailo, But If You Come Into A Place Where A More Feminine-Looking Man Is Desirable (Mostly In Asian Country) Then It's A Failo
