Is CCW possible with upper jaw surgery?

I am likely getting upper jaw surgery, haven’t spoken to the surgeon yet, this is just the orthodontists guess, will I be able to get ccw with upper jaw surgery and a genioplasty? Orthodontist said I shouldn’t get double jaw surgery because it could make me look weird by giving me flared nostrils, I’ll ask the surgeon what he thinks and he may recommend double jaw surgery so if he does then I will get ccw, also don’t even know if this surgeon performs ccw, although I would assume he does as he’s a professor at a college for jaw surgeons as well, so it’s likely he knows his shit.
