rotating the maxilla counterclockwise through chewing is more retarded than applying mechanical force laterally such as in thumb pulling, to rotate the maxilla from a downed grown cw rotation you need to get rid of bone, the only way you can "cow rotation" of both the maxillas and mandible is through bimax lol

you could do marpe with headgear but then after that your going to have pretty shit malocclusion that will have to be fixed with bsso and the forward projection from bimax is way more controlled than wearing headgear, so bimax is just 100x better
