I fucking know what a bimax and bsso is. A bimax is a surgery that combines a lefort 1 osteotemy and a bsso. So bimax + bsso makes no sense, why would he do a lefort 1 and 2 bsso's you retard. Also this thread that you linked is so wrong it genuinely makes me angry
