Is cephalometry unpopular in these circles?

Be patient with me because I’m particularly new to these circles, but I find myself in a bit of a dilemma or a large gap in my knowledge/experience relating to cephalometry/facial analysis/and those two topics within these circles, is cephalometry commonly discussed here? Is it important and is it rather outdated to studying facial aesthetics?

They should, if so I’ll go into it and see what new info I can find, I thought that would be prevalent here considering how many things we know about skull development and certain formations of different facial landmarks

I had made a short edit on TikTok about facial aesthetics and its connection to cephalometry, how da Vinci, anders retzius(if I’m saying his name right) and Petrus Camper basically kickstarted this whole study of the skull/face through facial landmarks and anthropology as well as ethnographic grouping based off facial form, it’s very short and not exactly informative but maybe it could help other branch into this study to find out other things about facial aesthetics as I am

The first pictures are notes of facial landmarks/planes, a couple other pictures are malocclusions and deformities, a few are different categories of facial development(possibly deformities or deviations from the norm) dolichocephalic brachycephalic, and mesocephalic skulls, and then a few are just images that are closer to modern facial landmarks
