I'm trying to prove a theory that there's something to do with the airways in your face and aesthetics, specifically in inflammation. Inflammation being puffiness in the face, which is seen in a lot of before-and-after photos in the look-maxing community. Meaning in befores, their mid-phase seems puffy. In the afters, noticing a large amount of reduction, simply looking clearer and less inflamed.

At first glance, looking into the airways and the respiratory system, you can see that there are things called maxillary sinus , ethmoid sinus, and frontal sinus
And within my theory, I'm believing things like allergy nasal sprays, wet saunas, exercise, specifically cardio , and basic mewing. Are all factors that can contribute to the reduced inflammation from removal of literal mucus, resulting in an ascension of the mid-face.

Musus Buildup is commonly caused by inflammation, allergies, dry environment, dehydration. (There are other reasons, but I'm focusing on common and treatable symptoms.) Interestingly enough, facial sinuses and lymphatics are not the same, meaning that there is dual room for improvement here. By reducing both inflammation from facial sinuses and lymphatic drainage.

My personal reasoning and driven towards this idea based within the purpose of reducing smile lines aswell off showing more bone structure, I believe that reduced inflammation from mucus within the nasal cavities will create less areas of skin, muscle fat ect) to be pushed up when smiling or even just talking.
