Is chad really unaffected by lighting?

I feel like nobody has strong hollow cheeks when they’re in the outside daylight. Even though the chads look better than the average person, they don’t really nearly look as striking as when they’re inside with good lighting. Might be a grass is green take but I think lighting matters for everyone and hollow cheeks only work with certain lighting.
