You need anti dht medication and minox , i don't think you will need hair transplant if you start early however you probably cannot start fin rn since you're still in puberty i would get a derm opinion.

yep , you are norwood 2 rn but you have good density so you can cover it with long hair if your hairline keeps receding more than this or worse your density will lower , it will kill your looks alone
