I personally chew Chios Mastiha tears. I haven't tried falim but I read that it is processed with weird stuff. It should be fine though if that's not a concern for you

The only thing is after a long day of chewing I here clicking and a little pain around my jaw and neck but it goes away when I stop chewing

Just take a break from it if you feel that, do some jaw stretches and massage the muscle.

could be early signs. Just take it easy and don't do too much at once. Stop being so scared, you'll be dead in 80 years max. You could live 80 more slayer years with huge gonions, or 80 more fearful incel years

It's legit son will make your goinions hyooge. Chew as much as you can, take a break, relax, sytretch, rinse and repeat

Chew until sore, that's literally it. It's a muscle, so similar training principles apply. High volume and getting relatively close to failure will help build it. As for stretches, just open the mouth up. Do the opposite movement and hold. Also rub the muscle up and down with the grain.

Pretty sure it’ll make you look bloated

Theres a reason why you look swollen after you chew
 
Possibly if you have high bf. but he should be getting down to 10% anyways or he will remain incel.
What does body fat have to do with looking bloated after chewing
