well id be a bit worries if your cheekbones were hollow.
I think you mean hollow cheeks, if thats the case it depends.

Depends on ur face, do you already have good cheekbones to show off once the fat is removed(buccal fat removal), or ur bone structure is not prominent enough and no matter how much fat is extracted , you will still look flat and mid , and btw cheek implants almost always look bad

Depends on your face. If you’ve got a round/soft face, buccal fat removal can help make it look sharper. If your midface is flat or you’ve got weak cheekbones, implants will do more.


Buccal can age you if you’re already lean tho.
