I chew 5 falims for a few hours a day, mostly on incisors and canines

If you start getting pain or clicking in your jaw then stop, 4hrs is probably overkill and 1-2 is better.
 
Yes its bad for jaw developed.. if you are still in that developing age.

This is especially important because bruxism can lead to problems such as an uneven bite, headaches, dislodged teeth, and recurring headaches.
