i’ve been thinking does cheewing gum actually help your jawline? i know debloating, losing fat is the best way but im already skinny and dont have a really impressive jawline and i want like sunken cheeks or sum shi

Don’t chew gum, if you’re retarded and wanna do “masseter training” then at least do it right and get jaw trainers.
Regardless of that, I wouldn’t do both tbh.

You only get tmj if you don’t have strong tongue posture in your palate I’ve been chewing since 2020 on and off but I stopped cause of temple swelling and bloated face look I would recommend short hard chewing then long endurance
