I think i want that cus its simple and easy to follow. I can cycle the rice with potatoe / sweet potatoe but i dont eat beef often.It got good macros but feels very repetitive and bland. Beef has similar protein but is way more nutritious, and rice is just too calorie dense

chicken rice broccoli is the best if you’re broke at the expense of being very boring, i guess low calorie seasoning might be a partial fix though
