I mean seriously, look at this flat maxilla, a bit recessed jaw and posture. I legitimately think he was a mouthbreather during his developement
Tho i love Chico but lol, his side is kinda flat

Nobody is a “mouth breather” if you don’t have a profile similar to this:

And then people who have it this bad get extractions through Ortho which fucks it up even more.
Everybody has mouth breathed at least sometimes in their life.. but you’re only a mouth breather if you needed extractions (esp premolars) when you were a kid — when it matters

He just genetically has a “flatter” (not Barrett level) maxilla, his occlusal plane is good
