So I heard about this relatively new cosmetic surgery (well, not really surgery but idk what else to call it), thats known as "chin sculpting", where they stick some kind of acid in your hyoid/jawline area and the acid permanently dissolves the fat cells underneath your skin, giving you a more defined jawline/more tight hyoid skin. i really dont see any downsides to it, like it helps improve your jawline area, doesnt look bad with age from what I've seen (unlike surgeries like buccal fat removal), is non-surgical and doesnt require any healing time post-operation. but i feel like theres a catch to it... does it decrease your collagen or decrease bone density or something? anyone know?
