Isn’t it clearly genetic and a bit prenatal T?
What I’ve seen chin shape is mostly developed by around the age of 8. If you don’t have a square chin by that age, you’re unlikely to develop one later.
You can see many bodybuilders who still have round chins and low T guys with wide chin.
If you compare photos of some models or randos from childhood to adulthood, you’ll notice that their chin shape has barely changed.
I think looking at your father and grandfather can give you a good idea of the chin shape you’re likely to have.
