Saw chin tucks for awhile but never understood how your face acted can it work in puberty or complete cope

what do u mean by cope? No ur not gonna fucking grow bones from them they only help with forward head posture.

don't expect them to completely change your face. Just because it wont immediately make you chad doesn't mean its cope lol

As far as I know, there is evidence that they can raise the hyoid bone which can make you look better. Even if it gives no/little benefits, why not try? it takes literally no time/money
