Is chin wing a meme surgery? (Looking for advice)

Is chin wing alongside bsso a viable/ possible option? It seems like most people on here disregard chin wing entirely in favor of implants. Yet 99 percent of jaw angle results look shit in my honest opinion

My situation is tricky as I'm noticeably recessed and asymmetric, ramus 404 on one side of my face, yet I need more chin height

Yes it's a meme. There is also real possibility to fck up the jaw angles, which happened to me, and you'll need implants to revise it.

I mean, I some some good results with some doctors when I met them and they showed me their portfolio, but you never know how much things are manipulated and what the percentage is of succesfull procedures from these specific doctors.
