Not on its own, but yes when it has high fructose corn syrup and dairy milk in it.

Toblerone, Hershey, etc. all have corn syrup and dairy. I avoid anything labelled as milk chocolate. Casein (a protein in dairy milk) has been linked to autism and schizophrenia, that's part of why I've been dairy free for 8 years now, it's an NTmaxx.
