Is it possible? Im not sure chad is possible, ppl say robert pattison could be chad despite flat maxilla cuz of jaw and harmony. Im not robert pattison though so

Theres like a 1.5 cm distance between my nose base and inner eye corner and my upper lip is projected until almost the tip of my nose
