Is CL possible with fme/marpe + rhinoplasty + canthoplasty

In the second pic the back of your haircut pretty ass I’d recommend getting a fade or growing out the back cause you have too much hair that’s all the same length and it looks flat and weird

Would marpe be a looksmin? My mid face is so recessed and my upper palate is narrow, surely marpe + headgear would help with those problems even a little.
Plus some small gains in orbital support

you would just mess up ur ratios atm. rn your slightly too wide at the midface compared to ur mandible but its not like bad at all, with marpe however youd expand it more and get a worse fwhr. youd just mess up ur ratios, many people have reported this from marpe after not considering their current ratios idk some ppl are iqlets

is surgery the only other possibility for improving my mid face projection? I understand why expanding my mid face horizontally would be a looksmin, for now I’ll just have to grow my masseters before implants

His spacing is good his pfl is a bit short if he can increase it with cantho he would mog hard already gl tbh also a bit of jaw asymmetry
