Additionaly, his ears are protruding and his total facial convexity around 134 degrees is slightly off from ideal Averaging all his facial features results him to overall rating of 7,4. By the way remember clav takes peptides and meth and will probably take it after surgery? Double jaw surgery is gonna make his maxxila, zygomatics extremly wife and it will probably drop his looks to an easy 6.5

His IPD is ideal (a little bit high) and his midface is already compact. Getting implants expanding the zygomatic width would push his FWHR out of range to like 2.1 and would also make his IPD go into the lower range which isn't always ideal.

The main issue with his plan is the gonial implants. He objectively does not need gonial implants considering his existing jaw width. If he just got zygomatic implants along with a trimax it would actually improve facial harmony (except for the FWHR/IPD issues discussed) but if not overdone it could improve angularity and improve the zygo-jaw width ratio.

Based on his current surgery plan (this image excludes the supraorbital implants) it would make him ogre-max with a gonial width over 100% of his zygomatic width which is never good. IMO he should definitely revise the gonial implants but it may be too late at this point if he's actually getting the surgery.
