tbh if u dont plan on doing cycles, or hardmaxxing its kinda useless to rot/dwell here since as far as softmaxes go its literally js taking care of yourself, not eating like shit and not being sedentary.. and even then its mostly js genetics.

So tldr if you dont plan on doing the first 2 you should forget about this and focus your brain power on smth else, irregardless of where you stand lookswise and just eat a balanced healthy diet, maybe workout and take care of yourself

Id argue this site has served its purpose and should just be taken down for good so the children and kids stuck here can be free and go live a better life. Looksmax is a mental parasite for most and it's made the youth worse off. I won't be sad when the end of this place happens. Not everyone is able to mess with this truth of life and not be effected. I'm mentally strong so I can handle anything life throws at me. But I know for fact most new users here are not built like that and are being more and more damaged
