Is clear skin attainable using Gods gifted palate?

Without using random shit you find on Amazon; Just water, and a healthy diet, is clear skin attainable? Or will genetics always intervene? I know the answer to my question but I'd like to hear your perspectives on it.

I will be doing whatever I can do attain clear skin in a month. If I fail I will kill myself. If I succeed I will leave the site. I guess we'll never know. Will update some of you though.

It's genetics. My best friend eats absolute goyshit and has glass skin whereas I eat balanced and have had chronic acne flare-ups for a while.

This isnt about the skin. Its about my miserable life. If I cant even fix my skin ill always look unattractive. I cant live a life like that..
