It is just as safe for you as an adult, so not that safe. Why are you cutting in puberty anyways? You could still take it tho. Maybe just use albuterol and fasted cardio instead for lipolysis for way less sides

Be careful dosing then start at like 20 mcg then work ur way up

Yea if your buying from resellers at like a 1000% mark up lol, 20mg of Reta should cost like $20-$30 (usually you gotta buy them in packs of 10 tho)
