Tongue posture is largely irrelevant. And yes don't breathe with mouth (which majority don't already but as a result of more modern diet and lifestyle it's increasing). Mewing won't do ANYTHING if you're already 15. Even prior to that it's a cope, and normal tongue posture is just as fine. Mewing as a kid won't give you defined face or jaw in adulthood, there will be hardly any changes. Masseter muscle can be trained by proper chewing.
