My interpupillary distance (IPD) is 71mm.

It makes me a 5% freak of nature.

What's worse is that it makes me unable to enjoy the Oculus Rift S virtual reality headset because it's made for 60-68mm interpupilary distance-cels.

How can I cope with VR games and porn with my subhuman IPD when I can't use the Rift S?

Yes.
You can fix jaw, nose, eyebrow what ever.
You can't fix the distance between your eyes, unless you are willing to pay hugeeeee amount of money, risk blindness, have your brain lifted for couple of mm.
(Mine are close set).

But everything get shadowed because of his eyes.
Perhaps because he is 6'7 with good frame, he would still she a chance IDK.
