been seeing a lot of discussion regarding this topic recently. anyone with experience to tell me if it actually does shit?

If you‘re not lean it changes nothing, but if you are it could make you look less bloated

overhyped
it can help sometimes if you have been eating poorly and need to reset quickly, but it will not help with anything long-term

I drink coconut/fruit juice instead of water and it helps decrease blaoting. For reference though, I'm on a primal diet so I get most my hydration from meats and fruit anyways.

as you could probably see i'm a gray, so i'm still not quite used to the lingo here

by primal diet you mean like the one with raw meat and raw milk or just focusing on natural, non-goyslop stuff (meat, fruits, vegetables like you mentioned)?

All good, there are a few different key figures you should look up and watch if you're interested in primal diets (umbrella term). Paul Saladino, Ray Peat, and Aajonus Vonderplanitz are the main ones I watched. Personally, I eat raw meats, eggs, dairy, and fruits with thick rinds (with exceptions being organic oranges and some tomatos that I get from farms where they don't spray forever chemicals on them).

You don't need to go all in at first, especially because it can be expensive or tedious to find high-quality foods, even eating steak tartare 1-2 times a week and having raw egg yolks can really boost how you feel.
