Coffee being good or bad for you seems to change a lot in bluepilled mainstream media. What’s the general consensus on this site?

Caffeine is good diuretic so take some when you want to debloat and want energy/lowinhib.

But very addictive/takes more and more dopamine each time

but doesn’t it raise cortisol, and cortisol fucks collagen?

Again, it's a small amount when regularly taken.

"Cortisol responses to caffeine are reduced, but not eliminated, in healthy young men and women who consume caffeine on a daily basis"

Caffeine study

It only raises cortisol very slightly when you are used to it. But still carries its diuretic effects. It's honestly up to you. If you are bloated then take it, but otherwise not many upsides
