If you're tired and want coffein drink green tea, it has lot's of health effects. Only the coffein doesn't push that much because it's effect is evenly distributed over the day.
Coffee pushes the whole coffein from the start. Which is more addictive and you can build a tolerance faster (which is bad, couse you need more for the same effect).
Best green tea is the one without bags.
If you use Matcha tea, eat something before drinking, because the amount of anti oxidants can otherwise cause nausea.
