Thing is im really sensible to coffein. I never take coffein AT ALL like never. And when i wash my hair with a shampoo that includes coffein i cant sleep that night i dont know why im so sensible. Maybe im making it worser that it is but is coffein really that important? I already have to take orexin antagonists for my insomnia :forcedsmile::forcedsmile:

What shampoo do you use? (and what is your hair type)

I would tell you do to the obvious, drink water and use a clarifying shampoo 1-2 a month (It should not replace your normal shampoo, its just to remove product) the "dandruff" is something that i have aswell and its mainly product buildup. get a scalp scrubber and use it after applying ur shampoo, keep the shampoo for 30s and continue w ur routine.
Also water temp matters, you might have the cuticles of ur hair closed while applying the product, so the hair doesnt absorb which leads to product build up.
Another reason might be that ur putting too much product in the first place.

I ipotized that your dandruff might be this, i hope you can find this helpful
