Is Coke zero goyslop?

My dad buys free range eggs from a farmer who sells it at the local market, i actually compared it with the cheapest supermarket i could find(asda essentials) and the diffrence in the yolk color was fucking crazy, the egg from the market looked csrrot orange while the cheap one from the store looked like mustard

I also did a bit of digging, we get our meat from Morrisons and I found out the cows have a diet of grass but in the last 3 months they eata mix of grass and grains (didnt soecy the ither stuff in their diets but im guessing grains)

We also buy meat from butchers like an hour away like twice a month but I’m not sure if they’re meat is grass fed or not but I’m hoping it is.
No worries man, people eat cereal daily, that diet and source is already peak :feelsautistic:

Here in the UK and Europe the Organic label actually has requirements unlike the US, so it’s kind of legit

Also the chickens would come pre vaccinated

I am in adolesence so I am trying to eat as much dairy as I can within my calorie intake range

And why goats milk though, what does 88% aqua mean?
The chicken in UK has HGH injected into it, right?

88% aqua means 88% water so it suits your hydration needs, and goat milk is twice as bioavailabile compared to cow milk plus its nutritional composition is more potent while having almost the same b12 content

Everything except water, milk and maybe some fruit juices are goyslop
Water is goyslop if fluoridated & it’s useless for hydration if you have raw goat milk

Would you rather have free range eggs + not vaccinated or organic but vaccinated

Chat gpt explanation for requirements in the UK:

Organic eggsThese hens are free-range + have to be fed organic feed. Higher welfare requirements. Outdoor access, vegetation cover, lower density. Animals must meet standards of organic farming.

Free-range eggsHens are kept in barns when not outdoors, but must have daytime access to open-air runs. The outdoor ranges should be mainly covered in vegetation. Must allow natural behaviours like foraging, scratching, dust bathing.Â

These are my 2 options

Both are great but I suspect their integrity. Local farmers are 10 folds as honest & support your local farmers they’re the base of society

Can I buy some kind of device or filter, that will filter tap water? So tap water can be drinkable? Since store bought water is too expensive man its gonna be like 1/5 of my salary

True true but raw milk is creamier & tastes better plus wouldn’t have microplastics in it if dealt with properly

honestly just checked and in Tbilisi (where I live) they do not add it, water only has it naturally. IT is like :

🧮 Direct Comparison

FactorTbilisiTypical U.S. city
Fluoride concentration0.08–0.22 mg/L0.7 mg/L
Added artificially?❌ No✅ Yes
Preventive dental benefit⚠️ Minimal✅ Strong
Fluorosis risk✅ Very low⚠️ Slight cosmetic only
Natural vs. policyNatural trace onlyRegulated additive
Population coverage0% fluoridated~73% fluoridated
Tooth decay rates (approx)Much higherMuch lower (esp. children)

Not necessarily you can ask them if it’s vaccinated or not that’s what I did when I lived in London. I ended up getting my eggs from a local farmer’s store
