Is colgate optic white effective?

My teeth are currently an off-white colour and I’m looking for an affordable option to brighten them is Colgate optic white any good?

i was using the exact same one, didn't notice any change except my teeth were bit more smooth so i guess it removed surface stains from coffee. I think Oral-b is better than colgate tho
