I saw a collagen peptide yestarday and I heard it helps with acne and skin and I want to try it. It’s not a pill or an injection it’s like protein powder. I’m only 15 so jus want to make sure I know all the benefits and negatives before using

collagen levels will be temporarily boosted, meaning if you ever stop supplementing collagen your skin will eventually go back to how it was (this is an exaggeration but still truthful to an extent). just find a good skincare routine that works for you

ghk-cu in itself is cope if ur still developing. ghk promotes collagen and elastin production which is already heavily produced during puberty. using ghk before the end of your physical development is like pouring bottles of water into an ocean in an attempt to rise the sea level. waste of money

in my case i want to get ghk because i'm 37 and i want to at least keep my sking the same or improve it. Just ordered GHK do you suggest injecting? I'm already familiar with needles and stuf because i'm on TRT so it wouldnt be a problem

I fw microneedling . I switch on and off between a pen and a dermastamp . Topicals i use afterwards are matrixyl300 and topical ghk cu . I see a huge result like the following days after
