Hiring a person who hadn’t sacrificed at least four to eight years of their life or one from a family with connections is too risky. He would rather not lose his teeth if he gets angry. So he seeks the college people. He knows they sacrificed so much to get this job. Of course, the graduate would take a punch in his gut and later apologize, “I’m sorry, sir, that you had to punch me. I will do better!”

And the 70% of college graduates who don’t get the bitch spot end up working a job they could have gotten without college. But now, with a debt of extra worries.
