Recently heard about it for acne, that it drastically improves gut health the so called "deep root cause of acne" and also it is supposedly good for height growth (boost igf-1) Found it in dosage 500mg 120caps
The question is, does it really worth the money? Or is it just useless? There's not much science data on it, but if anybody had experience or thought about this one please reply, will appreciate that
