Is coming late to everything a Chad trait?

I can't remember a single time I've actually arrived early to anything. I either show up exactly on time or late. Even in high school and college I would show up late every single day. How do people actually show up early to things? It seems impossible?

My coach and mentor always says there’s no such thing as being on time. Either you’re early or late.
