my classmates giving me the rest of his concerta prescription since it makes him depressed im just wondering if its anything special like adderall or ritalin, its 18mg ER

I find that concerta/methylphenidate gives me a lot of euphoria for about an hour or two and then it’s followed by a lot of paranoia and anxiety. I have had better experiences with vyvanse but everyone responds to stimulus differently
