Its cope, there are only temporary perceived gains as it will heal and you will be stuck with the same width, just with scarring instead.

There are more effective methods that really work.

Marpe for example, narrow mouth, lips and pallate usually go hand in hand. if you have all 3 problems marpe with fix them all.

Another is botox, narrow/short lips could be caused by the muscles surronding it, botox weakens the muscles which allows the lips to shape wider/taller depending on where you decide to get botox.

I’ve been recommended this on here and did some research and it seems like corner cutting may not be the best solution to a poor mouth to nose ratio long term. I’d recommend focusing on other things to ascend your looks before getting into stuff like that. But there are definitely some plastic surgery things that can be done if you have a desire to spend 10s of thousands of dollars for your lip width.
