Why is creatine worth it?
because 1, it helps with brain function 2, it helps you do more reps in the gym, 3 it makes you looks more swole due to muscle water retention. Literally no reason not to use it, the claims that it leads to balding has no scientific backing

Yes but it shouldn't be your only source of protein

Creatine monohydrate is really cheap and worth it, gives more endurance at the gym

Increased ATP because your body doesnt need to create its own creatine anymore

You are basically regaining energy which you would have wasted otherwise.
I cant say exact numbers but approx. 30-40% of your methylation is wasted on creating creatin

Thats why it would be better to supplement or eat lots of meat

ATP with methionine will indeed transform into SAMe which is CRUCIAL for heightmaxing

I'd say you should take protein only if you really need it. I get 180g of protein from food everyday and it actually is more than I need atm and it's actually more than enough for most people.

You should try creatine. It's a very good supplement, in my case it made me look "swole" and helped me put on around 2 kg but it also made me look bloated, which in my case makes it not worth it.

Creatine is a small but cheap boost both in performance and looks, although it could give a slight bloat. In re to protein powder especially if you're a big/tall guy who doesn't count calories and needs more (esp if not novice) then the powder helps to ensure you meeting decent protein goals. I assume your diet otherwise is spot on (in addition to exercises and rest), as otherwise you'd be wasting money on supplements

Nice! But doesn't DHT cause hair loss? At least on the head
Although not sure what you mean with the height. Creatine helps to maximize growth as body not wasting resources producing its own?

Just ditch a macronutriment and focus on one amino acid theory
Question was about protein powder
If he gets around 100g Proteins it is enough

If you have high ATP, everything works faster, better, stronger. Literal energy. Caffeine shampoo works for norwood by increasing ATP and overdriving the cells (in theory)

As for DHT, that is up to debate.
I have to make assumptions and theories here.
Inflammation somehow increases AR activity, and also with inflammation the androgens influence Cyclooxygenase enzyme to produce more of the PGD2 which would be one factor of many for hairloss
