take pre workout instead dude creatine just bloats you and takes alot of time to show gains

Only for high performers. It's going to be marginal for people who aren't training truly hard.

Studies have shown that it can reduce cognitive decline from sleep deprivation though, which is a benefit.

It's overhyped, overmarketed. You will benefit from it only if you're in the position to benefit from it, which would be intense, high performance.

Mark answer as solution.

Preworkout is cope.

Preworkout is dependance.

What the fuck do you do when you have no preworkout? No music? Nothing your life fucking sucks and you're in the dungeon. Does that result in skipping gym?

Learn to train and outperform those who take this shit even when you have nothing, no supplements, no uplifters, no help. Nothing.

would you consider training until failure as training truly hard? what about muscles growth? would it give you better muscle growth since it can make you lift heavier?

He didn’t talk about strength gains from creatine neither if it’s cause you to be balding or not. Appreciate him answering though.

Also this is the regular looksmax not questions.

I'm in a Whatsapp group with 100+ dudes who are on gear and the most experienced guys there make fun out of creatine.

Creatine is gigacope pro max, you take it and you dont feel anything, you dont feel stronger you dont feel more energized, and you see zero effects on how you look.

It is overmarketed.

I swear the supplement industry is worse than the pharmaceutical industry.

Its cope. The only legal supplement that worked was the original formula jack3d. And that got banned

For pre workout only drink a cup of coffee

doesnt bloat you creatine pulls water intracellular in your muscles

Both things are true, the dudes on gear making fun of creatine and the part of creatine not changing how you feel, not making you more enrrgized and not changing how you look

its the most overrated supplement bloats your face it gives you maybe little energy you piss all of the time and you gain few pounds of water weight

do this looks like an question thread you retard? also I said that I appreciate your answer
I didn't need to mention the potential strength gains, because I know you already knew it. That's why I brought forward the perspective of the benefits regarding sleep deprivation on creatine itself.

Creatine gives you water retention if all u want is gains go ahead. It does help most people (not everyone) to gain muscle and look bigger but ur gonna hold more water in ur face and everywhere else
