creatine is kinda useless tbh, used it and didn't noticed nothing maybe 5-10% boost .i use protein because i dont get enough protein(well...) from food(i eat at caffeterias/canteen and dont cook).

use whey if u dont get your proteins easy. but you should prefer protein from food that powder. creatine is such a bad supplement. just water retention and nobody wants that. not in muscles neither face. you get muscles filled with a bit of water. and it looks shit
