So I’m wondering if creatine is worth it. Does boost you get outweigh the con of water retention in your face? Is it worth it for Looksmaxing or should I just not take it?

Its not necessary I honestly suggest to u not to take it but there is nothing wrong with it tho

yes, its the most well-studied supplement by far, take pics of your face before you start taking it. i highly doubt youll see any bloating, once again water retention stays PRIMARILY in your extremities (feet, hands). its easily the best supplement by far

yessir, as long as u control ur doses and make sure it works for u it will help out fs
 
yeah but dont expect to look like mike mentzer because of it, it gives you a boost in muscle fullness and exertion but its not super soldier serum

its a decent supplement but dont expect it to ascend u
 
Yea ofc. I know its only a small boost, but honestly I’m mostly worried about bloating and water retention in my face
it is the most studied supplement and no studies found any downsides so u should be calm

no studies show it might actually help debloat since it draws water into the muscles, not the skin
