what do u cringe at bro
For example, if I have to do something challenging, like go on an interview or something, I imagine that I'll feel relieved once it's over. But instead, when I'm done, I replay a lot of what I think I did wrong in that interview and cringe like crazy and feel uneasy for hours. I'm never happy once it's over. I just feel echoes of cringe and embarrassment, even if I did ok. The feeling is even worse than before I go on the interview.

This is just an example.

T is not clash of clans elixir
not everything in your life correlated with your T.

Yeah, I guess cringing could also be a sign of high I.Q.. Simpletons rarely cringe at anything.

Yes. I feel like a bitch when I cringe or whine about shit, which is how I stopped doing it. Either gotta let it go or actually change things.
