Waste of time

Just do weightlifting, your cardio and play a decently taxing sport. Dial in your diet and sleep, should be all you need to stay on your feet and healthy.

Lift weights and do your cardio. Dial in diet and sleep and training regiment.

After a year or so consider doing PED's, I suggest SARM's. Do proper risk management.
