It is okay but honestly not in front of anyone. It really does help relieve that stress. Look into other coping mechanisms tho like 4 square breathing. Also a temperature change helps because it shocks your nervous system, like running your hand under cold water or taking a cold shower. It sounds cope but it helps I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression since I was in 3rd grade.
