Is curly eyelashes on men attractive?

It definitely has some appeal to females but in my opinion long eyelashes on males are ideal and look masculine.

outer lashes only being curled seems best of both worlds in my experience

i use some cheap half lash curler on amazon, i lost that shit tho i gotta order another.
