I’ve seen both that carbs are good and bad. I get most of mine from bread, fruit and rice and I use them to feel more energized for my workouts and football practice/games. But then I see people like faceIQ and other influencers promoting fatty meats for energy over carbs. Is there any benifiet?

FaceIQ is fucking degenerate. If you are an athlete you need carbs, no debate. Its only good for debloating.

it all comes down to digestion and how fast something enters your bloodstream for energy. im sure you can figure out the rest on your own

So it’s hard to be debloated if your athlete is what your saying? Because I agree, carbs are great before any physical activity or the night before a big game I’ll have pasta

No thats not what he said lowiq fucktard. Carbs are not the direct cause of bloating. Have a moderate well balanced diet suited to your daily activities and measure your potassium and sodium intake to 3:1, 4:1 if you can afford being lightheaded. Even then if you look “bloated” you just have no bones
