Currently 17 at 5'8" (asian so its over) and 139lb (63kg) at like 17% bf.
Im trying to debloat but always had kinda chubby cheeks so for the last 2 weeks I've been cutting like 500 cals under maintenance, increased potassium, drinking around 3-4 L water per day, and only eating whole foods
I'm not sure if cutting is the best way to debloat because I also don't want to be deprived of nutrients and not get any taller (xray a few months ago said growth plates still open). should I keep cutting or is there another way to debloat
