Is cutting/leanmax the best way to debloat?

Currently 17 at 5'8" (asian so its over:blackpill:) and 139lb (63kg) at like 17% bf.

Im trying to debloat but always had kinda chubby cheeks so for the last 2 weeks I've been cutting like 500 cals under maintenance, increased potassium, drinking around 3-4 L water per day, and only eating whole foods

I'm not sure if cutting is the best way to debloat because I also don't want to be deprived of nutrients and not get any taller (xray a few months ago said growth plates still open). should I keep cutting or is there another way to debloat

Yeah I barely bloat below 11 percent or so regardless of diet. Above that one day of eating shit and ill be holding extra water the next day.

No, doesn't matter if there's a lot of fat covering your bones, what matters the most is the slight water retention you probably have so just by doing a simple debloat protocol you will be okay! so eat your bananas, drink those 3 liters of water and you should be okay!
